Follow this quick guide to troubleshoot common connection issues on Android and iPhone. 1. Check Your Phone and TV Settings Before troubleshooting further, make sure your phone and TV are configured correctly: Make Sure Both Devices Are on the Same Wi-Fi Network Your Android phone or iPhone and TV must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Open Device: Settings → Wi-Fi. On your TV: Open Settings → Network/Wi-Fi and check the connected network. Check the Wi-Fi Band If possible, make sure your phone and TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi band, such as 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz.
