1. Information Collection and Use
The App operates primarily as a local utility tool. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal files to any external developer server.

A. Local Network & Wi-Fi Access
Purpose: To discover, connect with, and send remote control commands to Smart TVs and streaming devices connected to the same local Wi-Fi network.

Permissions Used:

Android: ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE, CHANGE_WIFI_MULTICAST_STATE, INTERNET

iOS: NSLocalNetworkUsageDescription, NSBonjourServices

Handling: Network discovery and communication occur entirely within your local area network (LAN). No local network credentials or device pairing keys are stored outside your local device.

B. Media, Photos, and Videos Access
Purpose: To enable you to select and cast local photos and videos directly from your device to your connected TV display.

Permissions Used:

Android: READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, READ_MEDIA_VISUAL_USER_SELECTED, READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

iOS: NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription

Handling: Access is strictly local and read-only. Your photos, videos, and media files are streamed directly to your TV over your local network and are never uploaded, copied, or stored on external servers.

C. Notifications
Purpose: To deliver operational alerts, feature updates, and connection status notifications.

Permissions Used: POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android) / Push Notification Authorization (iOS).

D. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Transactions are processed securely by Google Play In-App Billing (on Android) and the Apple App Store (on iOS). We do not collect, process, or store your credit card or payment details.

2. Third-Party SDKs and Services
The App integrates third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device, serve advertisements, and analyze app performance.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
